I used my 35-80 mm lens, ISO 200 with on-camera flash, but didn't note any of the other settings. I tried this shot several times and this was the last I took. I was trying to capture the kernels of corn, but was surprised by the detail in the browned corn silk. If I had it to do again, I would have adjusted the white balance or color temp to warm the image. I would also have placed the corncob differently in the frame, though I fiddled with the cropping a bit in post and didn't find anything I liked better.
