I stood 'inside' my Japanese Maple and walked all around the trunk getting various angles of light that came through the leaves.
I like this one, because of the shadows of other leaves and the way that the little red 'helicopters' are hanging there with the leaves.
I think I would like to have a little blue in the background from the sky, but this may not be possible since I was so tight in on the leaves.
I really like the effect of the backlighting on your leaf photo. The shadowing of the other leaves and the vibrant colors make this a very appealing photo.
